Spreading joy can make us and others feel good. And we can do this in small but powerful ways.
It might be smiling at people, asking someone how their day is and really listening or a random of kindness.
It could also be something like dressing your baby in a silly hat. I love this hat. Partly because I think it’s brilliant. But mainly because of the unexpected joy it brings random strangers when we’re out and about. Rhys has made a lot of friends through people coming up to have a giggle and express their love for the hat. And that makes me ridiculously happy.
I’m going to consciously look for ways to spread cheer today and I want to challenge you to do the same.
