Doula Support Packages

I am an experienced doula and birth educator offering trauma informed support for pregnant, birthing and new parents in person and online. I tailor all of my doula packages to the needs of you and your family.

I am a member of both the Scottish Doula Network and Doula UK.

Prenatal Support

I offer a 6 session prenatal support package for expectant parents. This can be used on your own or with a partner.

This package also includes additional telephone support if needed.

The types of support I often provide include:

Emotional and practical preparation for birth and early parenting
Movement for birth
Helping you learn how to manage fears and anxieties about birth or becoming a parent
Support for trauma that is affecting how you feel about giving birth or meeting your baby
Helping you find the information you need to make an informed choice about your maternity care that feels right for you and your family

The investment for this package is £500. This package is available in person and online. Expenses may be requested for in person support depending on location.

Payment plans are also available.

Postnatal Support

I offer a 6 session postnatal support package for new parents.

This package also includes additional telephone support if needed.

The types of support I often provide include:

Birth story support sessions
Confidence building
Practical and emotional support to help you navigate the challenges of early parenting (for example, feeding, getting out and about, changing family dynamics, navigating advice and/or setting boundaries)
Perinatal trauma support for parents who want to relate distressing emotions relating to their parenting journey.

The investment for this package is £500. This package is available in person and online. Expenses may be requested for in person support depending on location.

Please be aware that I am currently completing the mentoring process as a Postnatal Doula with the Scottish Doula Network.

Prenatal, Birth and Postnatal Support Package

This includes both the Prenatal and Postnatal Support Packages. It provides you with continuous support from pregnancy to early parenting.

You can also upgrade this package to include telephone support during labour and birth (including a 4 week on call period).

The investment for this package is £950 with the upgrade. Or £1250 if you choose to upgrade and include telephone support during labour and birth.

This package is available in person and online. Expenses may be requested for in person support depending on location.
