Recover from anxiety and depression
-
Enjoy being a new mum

-

Easy to fit into your life
This programme is designed for busy parents. I've designed it with you in mind so we work together to:

- Help you decide what steps are right for you
-
Support you to make small changes that make a big difference
-
Help you work on being kind to yourself - especially when things don't go to plan
-
Discuss the materials included in my 4 week online programme The Fun Patient Mum Bootcamp

Imagine if...
Your needs are being met and you...

-
have the headspace to respond to your child with patience
-
and the energy to play with them

What would that feel like for you and your child?

How would that benefit your and your child's wellbeing?

What kind of relationship would this help you to have with your child? Now and in the future?
How is this programme different?
Maybe you've tried programmes before but they haven't worked for you?
Or you had coping strategies but they don't work now that you're a mum?
Use coping strategies effectively
Learn how to use coping techniques so that they work when you need them most - rather than only trying them in high stress situations
Fits with your schedule
The steps you take between sessions are designed to fit into your (and your child's schedule)
Stop pushing yourself
When you feel like your to do list is never ending, you often push yourself beyond your limits. This programme is here to stop that cycle so that you get a break AND get more done
Gives you the headspace
Most people wait until they "have the headspace" before starting a parenting programme... But this bootcamp helps you to have the headspace you need to be the parent you want
It will also help if you are planning to deeper work like healing from trauma or working on triggers
It's not about big spa days or taking a bath
Get support to care for yourself in small, manageable ways each day focusing on what you really need. Spa days and baths are great but you feel tired again quickly when this is the only self care you get
The focus is on you
If you're struggling with parenting challenges like tantrums, picky eating, hitting out or not responding to requests, focusing on you is the first step. When you learn the skills to help you be patient, this makes it possible for you to start responding to your child in a way that more effectively targets these challenges
Take a moment now
Take a moment to listen to this short meditation now to connect to your needs.

What if parenting starts to feel hard again?
Being a parent is one of the hardest jobs you will ever do. That is why you have lifetime access to the online programme. That means, that you can access the sections you need when things feel tough.
I need to do deeper healing work for trauma or other experiences from my past. Will I get anything from this programme?
This course will help you build the foundations that will support you to do the deeper healing work. It will help you develop coping strategies that will help you during the healing process which can bring up difficult emotions. The coaching sessions might also help you to do or start some of this deeper healing work.
I've never had transformational coaching before. How do I know it will work for me?
Transformational coaching is tailored to you. You cannot get it wrong and you will be guided through the entire process. The only way that it will not be effective is if you are not willing to be open and honest during the process. Visit my Transformational Coaching page for more information.
I'm worried about starting the online course as I'm not great with technology. How does it work?

Do you offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. I know from experience with clients that if you engage honestly with the content and commit to taking small daily actions, this programme will help you to build the foundations so that you have the ability to respond patiently and prioritse having fun with your child. Deeper work may also be needed but this will give you the foundations for that work as well.
