The Fun, Patient Mum Bootcamp
The challenges of parenting and life can make it hard to be the mum you want to be

You can feel like you're bouncing between volcanic rage and feeling nothing at all

But how would it feel to show up as a mum who feels she can manage life's stresses most of the time?

This online bootcamp will help you be the fun, patient mum in just 4 weeks

Learning simple compassion-based tools and coping strategies is the most effective way to build the foundations that will support you to be the parent you want to be

When you are able to parent the way you want, you can also respond to your child in a way that changes their challenging behaviour - it all starts with you
With this programme, being a fun, patient mum gets to be simple and manageable - even if it feels impossible
I found I could put my never ending to do list into perspective and stop feeling guilty, allowing me to prioritise some fun things to do with my child.
Definitely more patience, but also a better understanding of my reactions. Great techniques I could use instantly, that with a bit of work became more natural.
A gentle reminder to start caring for myself helped me to show up as a better mum

Easy to fit into your life
This programme is designed for busy mums. I've made it with you in mind so there are:

- Short videos that fit into your life and are available on your schedule
-
Tools to help you decide what steps are right for you
-
Support to make small changes that make a big difference
-
Reminders to be kind to yourself - especially when things don't go to plan

Imagine that...
Your needs are being met and you...

-
have the headspace to respond to your child with patience
-
and the energy to play with them

What would that feel like for you and your child?

How would that benefit your and your child's wellbeing?

What kind of relationship would this help you to have with your child? Now and in the future?
How is this programme different?
Maybe you've tried programmes before but they haven't worked for you?
Or you had coping strategies but they don't work now that you're a mum?
Use coping strategies effectively
Learn how to use coping techniques so that they work when you need them most - rather than only trying them in high stress situations
Fits with your schedule
This programme is designed for busy mums. It is available on demand and fits in with your and your child's schedule. So not having the time or childcare is no longer a concern
Stop pushing yourself
When you feel like your to do list is never ending, you often push yourself beyond your limits. This programme is here to stop that cycle so that you get a break AND get more done
Gives you the headspace
Most people wait until they "have the headspace" before starting a parenting programme... But this bootcamp helps you to have the headspace you need to be the parent you want to be
It will also help if you are planning to deeper work like healing from trauma or working on triggers
It's not about big spa days or taking a bath
Get support to care for yourself in small, manageable ways each day focusing on what you really need. Spa days and baths are great but you feel tired again quickly when this is the only self care you get
The focus is on you
If you're struggling with parenting challenges like tantrums, picky eating, hitting out or not responding to requests, focusing on you is the first step. When you learn the skills to help you be patient, this makes it possible for you to start responding to your child in a way that more effectively targets these challenges
Take a moment now
Take a moment to listen to this short meditation now to connect to your needs.
