Payment and Refund Policy

All individual appointments must be paid for in advance or at the time of the session. All payment plans must be settled in advance of the final sessions in the package.

All courses must be paid for in advance.

If you book a package of sessions, block of classes or a course, you can request a refund in writing to amanda@youhavegotthis.co.uk within 14 days of paying in full. The only exception to this would be if you book a package of sessions or a course within 14 days of the start date. Within 14 days of booking (except when booking within 14 days of the event), you can apply to us in writing at amanda@youhavegotthis.co.uk for a refund. All sales are considered final after 14 days or when booked within 14 days of the start date and, after this time, all packages of sessions and courses are non-refundable. In some circumstances and at the discretion of You HAVE Got This, we may consider transferring your booking to another package of sessions or course.

You HAVE Got This operates a 48 hour cancellation policy for individual appointments. If you cancel an appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will not be charged you for the missed session. If you cancel within 48 hours or if you cannot attend, you will still need to pay for the appointment. We are aware that, in rare cases, emergencies do arise and we could consider waiving or reducing the cancellation fee at our discretion if you contact us.

If we need to cancel. On occasion, circumstances out with our control might prevent us from delivering a session as agreed. We will give you as much notice as possible if this happens. And we will not charge you for appointments that we cancel. We will do our best to reschedule the session or course at a time that best suits you. Any course bookings will be transferable to upcoming workshops or courses.

For Dancing for Birth™ classes, we are unable to offer refunds for classes except where there is a valid medical reason and at the instructor’s discretion. If you miss a class and cancel prior to the class, you can make it up during the next block if a space is available. If the instructor cancels a class, then you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your class to the next block. In some situations, a make up class may also be offered.

For residential retreats, including The Mum's Wellness Escape, the cancellation policy is as follows (for full cancellation details and the Retreat Waiver, you must also visit https://www.youhavegotthis.co.uk/retreat-waiver):

There is a non-refundable deposit for each ticket type (this is the fee if you cancel before the date specified on your ticket that is more than 3 months before the retreat). Refer to the booking policy on your ticket.
If you cancel within 3 months of the retreat or the date specified on your ticket, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the cost of your retreat booking.
If you cancel within 1 month of the retreat or the date specified on your ticket, the cancellation fee will be the full amount of your retreat booking.

We may be able to offer a refund (minus the deposit) if we are able to fill your place.

You are responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat. We require that you purchase travel insurance as we will not be liable for any missed time at the retreat or lost travel expenses due to the unavoidable cancellation of the retreat.

If we cancel the retreat due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to another retreat or programme that we offer within two years. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made by you to us, which will be accommodated for insofar as is possible, taking into consideration any non-retrievable costs to which we committed in anticipation of your retreat.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that are deemed unsuitable or inappropriate. All attendees will be required to complete a booking form that they will be sent with their booking confirmation. We recommend that you do not book your travel until after you have received confirmation from us once the booking form has been submitted.

Room allocations will be made on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee you will be allocated a specific room and the room you are allocated may not match the image on the website depending on room availability.

Any agreed refunds that meet the cancellation requirements will be processed by direct debit or using the original payment method within 10 working days. The method of refund will be determined by You HAVE Got This.
