Connecting with other people can be important for our wellbeing. When we are in contact with other people, we can be reminded of our value to others. And having connections with others can help us be more resilient when faced with challenges.
To help with our self care, it can be important to connect with people who value us and make us feel good about ourselves.

Connecting with people can take many forms. For example, we might chat to someone new, have a conversation with our local shopkeeper, see a friend or family member, have a coffee break with colleagues or send a message to someone we haven’t seen in a while.
