Finding Calm for Mums

If you are a busy mum and feel like you are run off your feet, this course is for you. If you feel stuck in a never ending cycle of exhaustion and overwhelm, Finding Calm for Mums will help you feel calmer and more relaxed. Even if that feels impossible. 

As a mum who runs a business, I know about the constant juggle. I want to share with you the tools and techniques that have helped me and the parents who I work with to feel:

  • calmer

  • more energised

  • better able to cope with the challenges of being a mum

  • less pressured and like the to do list is manageable

What you can expect

Using my professional experience as a mental health practitioner, my academic training in psychology and my personal experience of recovery from anxiety, depression and trauma, I have developed 4 live one hour training sessions to help you: 

Learn coping strategies that will help you deal with stressful situations more easily 

Support to use these coping techniques over the course and make them part of your daily life

Gain a better awareness of your needs and how to get them met

Identify and overcome your barriers to breaking your cycle of exhaustion and

Develop a strategy to make lasting changes for you and your family

What is included?

  • 4 live one hour online sessions

  • Recorded replays will be available if you cannot attend live

  • 2 x 30 minute private, one-to-one (Value £70) transformational coaching sessions to give you extra tailored support

  • Support in a closed Facebook group for this programme

  • 2 bonus sharing circles (alternating weeks) (Value £30)

  • 2 bonus relaxation and/ or movement sessions (alternating weeks) (Value £20)

The Details

Live sessions will take place from 6-7pm on 25 April, 2 May, 9 May, 16 May 2024.


Dates for bonus sessions will be 7:30-8pm pm on 25 April, 6:30-7:30pm on 3 May, 6:30-7pm on 10 May, 6:30-7:30pm on 17 May.


Private coaching calls will be booked separately at a time that suits you.
