We are mums who know how hard it can be to get a break. We know that you love your child and we also understand how it can hard to be calm and patient with the constant juggling. We want to help transport you to a place where you feel nurtured and able to enjoy yourself guilt-free. We have designed a place for you to really treat yourself to the incredible break that you deserve.
During the retreat, you can indulge in a variety of pampering activities such as guided meditations, yoga, a red tent (sacred women’s circle) and cacao and fire ceremonies. You will also get to enjoy healthy gourmet meals made and cleared up by someone else. Workshops and discussions focused on self-care, personal growth, and finding balance in your busy life will help you to continue experiencing the benefits of the retreat when you get home.
To the mum who takes care of everyone else, you deserve to switch off and let us take care of you.
