Dancing for Birth™ Classes
Why would you go to a Dancing for Birth™ class?
Many of us find the idea of a dance class slightly terrifying. If this is you, I want to reassure you that I am not a dancer. In fact, it took many years for me to feel confident dancing in front of other people (at least without a little liquid courage).
Fortunately, those days are behind me and I want to share with you the joy of Dancing for Birth™ Classes and the healing that dance can bring about.
These classes are great for pregnant and new mums to help you:
Feel more confident in yourself, your body and your choices
Prepare for labour and birth (including trying movement and positions that may be helpful for you)
Build your strength and stamina
Bond with your baby (and soothe them)
The classes are also a great opportunity to meet other mums. No dance experience is required and this is a supportive, non-judgmental space.
