Retreats for Mums in London
Rest, recharge and reclaim yourself this spring!
Spring is a time for new beginnings.
Join us at Bija Garden of Wellbeing in Northfields or Ealing (West London) to rest, recharge, develop a strategy to get your needs met and reclaim yourself.
As a mum, it can be hard to find space for ourselves (or even a few minutes to think!). The Retreat for Mums will offer you that space.
This retreat will focus on reclaiming parts of you that often get pushed aside as a mum. We will be supporting you to think about what you really want and need for yourself right now.
There will be guided relaxation, gentle movement, journalling/ reflection space and breathwork. There may also be an opportunity for someone in the group to step forward for group coaching.
This would be a chance for you to gain deeper insight into any challenges you are currently facing as a parent and make a plan to support yourself.

Join trauma-informed parent coach Amanda Hunter, holistic self-care coach Carolyn Wade and trauma-informed yoga teacher Tzaddi for this transformational opportunity. We are all mums who understand the challenges.
This in person retreat will give you a space for yourself at one of the following times (book your space using the links below):

9:30am to 12:30pm on Saturday 20 April (Please be aware that spaces for this session in Ealing are very limited)
All mums (including mums to be) are welcome but booking is required! Tea is included - please let us know if you have any dietary requirements when booking. Each session is £45 per person.

We will also be running a special Mum's Circle with Breathwork in Ealing on the evening of Thursday 18 April from 7-8:30pm. Booking is essential and spaces are very limited. This session is £15 per person.
About us
Amanda Hunter is a trauma-informed parent coach who has been working with parents for over 15 years. She specialises in supporting parents to develop coping strategies, build their confidence and enjoy parenting more using the tools and knowledge she has developed working with parents, providing mental health services, through her research and as a mum. Carolyn Wade is a holistic self-care coach who offers a comprehensive toolkit that includes breath-work, energy alignment, bio-magnetism, and daily rituals to help transform one’s inner mindset. She exceeded expectations by applying her own methods to achieve a remarkable recovery after undergoing double hip replacement surgery this year. Tzaddi is an artist, mother, spiritual guide and founder of Bija Garden of Wellbeing, an initiative which seeks to reclaim our indigenous wellness. With over 15 years of yoga experience and 7 years teaching experience, she’s also a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer. Tzaddi specializes in accessible, soulful, nurturing and joyful practices which encourage release and relief through befriending a breathful body.
