Hydration – Day 1 of Self Care for Pregnant and New Parents


Today I’m focusing on meeting a basic need that has been challenging to meet recently – drinking enough water!


Unfortunately, drinking water has felt like completely an obstacle course recently with my son trying to tip over glasses or stealing water bottles.


That said, I feel better mentally and physically when I’m well hydrated so I’m going to make sure I have enough to drink today. (Even if I need to strap the water bottle to me!)



Or maybe you have another basic need you feel is wanting more attention today.
