You HAVE Got This Coaching Agreement

Hello and Welcome to Our Coaching Agreement

Thank you for booking this time for yourself! I am really excited to speak with you about how I can support you to live your best life. :)

In our session(s), we will focus on the changes you want to make in your life (for example, healing, overcoming overwhelm, building your confidence, learning to set boundaries, making time for yourself, or anything else that you want to work on).

All calls will be held on Google Meet unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Please arrive to the call on time. If you are late and you have not been in touch with me, I will wait for you for up to 10 minutes. To cancel a session and rearrange it, you must give at least 48 hours notice. Please be aware that it may not be possible to rearrange the call and a refund will not be offered if less than 48 hours notice is given. On very rare occasions - such as in an emergency situation - a refund or the option to rearrange the call may be offered at my discretion.  If you need to get in touch, please email me at amanda@youhavegotthis.co.uk

To get the most out of our time, you may want to take a few minutes to sit quietly and think about what you want to discuss before the call. Don't worry if this isn't possible - we can take a couple of minutes to focus at the start of our call. You may also like to bring along a pad of paper and a pen to write down any insights you have.

 You are responsible for your own breakthroughs, insights and actions. I am responsible for creating a warm and supportive space, where I reflect back to you what I hear. With your permission, I will also challenge you and encourage you to commit to small and big steps towards living your best life! And you are responsible for taking these steps (or not).

 Your confidentiality is really important to me and I do not share details of what you share.

Data Protection Agreement to be Agreed to by You:

You are aware that the information you provide on this form will be stored securely for a minimum of 7 years after I attend sessions or classes. These details will be used to provide coaching sessions or classes and to contact you if necessary. Your emergency contact would only be contacted if something happens to you during a session and/ or there are concerns about your safety.
